Health Insurance
Many private health insurance policies cover acupuncture treatment with a British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) registered practitioner.
Please check with your insurer in advance and obtain authorisation if required. A referral letter may also be necessary depending on your policy.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes to appointments.
